Job description, responsibilities and duties

* Tax support during transaction process (investment, divestment, business restructuring)
* Set up of tax feasible structures and its further optimization and administration
* Cooperation and coordination of external service providers in field of tax matters and audit
* Tax support for the accounting department, legal department, acquisition department, leasing and asset management department
* Formulate tax recommendations for internal client applying understanding, technical knowledge and research
* Perform tax risk identifications, analysis and elimination proposals
* Set-up and implementation of new tax related procedures and guidelines
* Ad hoc queries and tasks

• University degree in the finance/economics or legal and at least 3 years relevant work experience preferably within legal or tax international advisory firm - specialization tax
• the Licence of Tax advisor SR is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of English language (written and spoken form)
• Great communication and presentation skills
• Analytical skills – detail oriented individual
• Stress resistant and hard working personality
• Business oriented thinking
