Job description, responsibilities and duties

Responsible for management of activities and performance of sales and marketing team.
- Develops and controls all sales and marketing plans, forecasts, objectives of business unit.
- Responsible for proper implementation of marketing strategy, product targeting and positioning by the sales team.
- Develops pricing strategy.
- Establishes, maintains and develops relationship with VIPs, KOL and other customers
- Co-operates with distributors
- Supervises and leads the sales and marketing team
- Reports to GM
