Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

* Lead and develop the Quality agenda for the unit together with the management and establish goals and set priorities
* Responsible to secure continuous improvement
* Understand and integrate Quality Strategy P&D yearly action plan
* Lead the quality team (40 people)
* Responsible for the budget of the team
* Responsible for securing, organizing and leading internal and external resources in quality related tasks
* Lead the development of working methods, secure alignment and deployment
* Responsible for developing and implementing ways of working
* Responsible for KPI reports related to quality
* Responsible for recruitment, competence development and introduction of new employees
