Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

1. Responsibility for organizing and supervisoring all the administrative activities to secure efficient and smooth running of the office.
2. Organizes office operations and procedures
Organizes company meetings and conferences and actively participates in them
Organizes and supervises product sampling
Maintain the conditions of the office, orders and supervises office maintenance orders and verifies deliveries of the office supplies and stationery
3. Analyses and monitors internal business processes
Deals with agencies, organizations and external providers of different business-related services, incl. legal and accounting services providers
Makes and prolongs contracts with suppliers if necessary
Handles the whole scope of work related to contracts on leasing, maintenance and repairing of company car fleet
Control administrative and office budgets as part of the capacity costs
4. Administrates company’s local website
5. Liaises with organizations of which the company is a member
