Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Provide clear goals, guidance and vision to a team of up to 10 Seller Onboarding Specialists
• Provide support in terms of hiring, personal development and leadership
• Coach & mentor Specialists to ensure they meet (and surpass) the required performance standards for quality & productivity.
• Set and clarify requirements and expectations for Specialists
• Deliver impactful improvements to quality, productivity, and/or customer experience that can be applied company-wide
• Partner with technical teams to provide business requirements and test new features and tools
• Participate in projects that involve multiple teams within the company

• Previous experience in a customer service, technical support, management, or supervisory role
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in e-Commerce/Online Business
• Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility
• Creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for operational excellence
• A great deal of personal initiative and strong hands-on attitude along with creativeness, decisiveness and results-driven mentality
