Job description, responsibilities and duties

People Management:
Leading and developing a team of 3 Finance Operations Team Leaders (total team of 25 people), including hiring, training, and employee development;
- managing group workload and establishing priorities;
- ensuring existing policies and procedures are followed;
- managing annual performance targets and operating budget;
- creating and monitoring appropriate performance metrics;
- act as an escalation point in resolving complex outstanding issues with internal and external business partners

Project Management:
Solving complex customer/vendor issues and proactively heading off negative service trends.
- Understanding and correctly utilizing resources provided by internal systems, departments, policies, and procedures;
- Development, analysis and improvement of new strategies and procedures
- To develop, plan, and implement short and long-range goals;
- Developing and achieving performance goals and objectives in order to achieve vendor promise expectations.

· You have long term experience in finance and at least 5+ years in leadership role
· Active experience with AP or AR processes
· Desire to ensure a great customer experience with every contact/case.

· Advanced analytical skills and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture.
· Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
