Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Main responsibility is to assist with management of the existing debt portfolio, (new) debt origination, re/financing of company new and existing real estate projects in Central Europe (and New Markets), as well as enhancing/reporting activities on debt capital markets (DCM).
Substantial part of agenda shall also consist of existing team´s analytical support - market research, financial and industry analysis (focus on various segments of real estate industry, financial sector, DCM and other related fields).
- to assist in management of the existing debt portfolio, including reporting to lenders and investors and controlling of debt service payments
- to assist in management of entire debt origination cycle (preparation of request for project financing, negotiation/structuring of lenders’ offers, lenders selection, loan documentation preparation and negotiation with lenders, disbursement)
- to assist in research, supporting data mining, analysis of Company´s existing projects and figures, monitoring, assessing and forecasting of economic environment, market competitors, market data, analysis of DCM etc.
