Job description, responsibilities and duties

• On a position of Area Sales Manager, you will be directly responsible for leading a team of Sales Representatives in the region of Slovakia,
• Meeting set targets and department budget and in selected business area
• Responsible for planning people´s targets, motivation and couching of people to achieve them
• Taking part in visits to clients with Sales Representatives, evaluating of their work
• Constant launching of new products on the market and supporting the whole process
• Development of his team to help them build stable and long-term relationships with clients
• Obtaining of actual information about the market and possibilities of business development
• Taking part in management and regional meetings
• Preparation of different reports
