Job description, responsibilities and duties
On this position you´ll:
• Be responsible for the whole technology and production process in the company (4 shifts)
• Assure that the production process runs smoothly and with as few incidents
• Analyze production process and technology to make it more efficient
• Secure the highest products quality as possible, continual improvement
• Control operations´ productiveness and effectiveness
• Run and manage all production related projects
• Assure that these projects are on time schedule
• Be responsible for strategic planning of costs and budget, cost optimization
• Communicate with suppliers and clients, solve daily problems
• Be responsible for health and safety in the operation
• Be responsible for the production team, their motivation and regular evaluation
• Attend management meetings, reporting
