- Sourcing, contacting, interviewing and selecting appropriate candidates according to clients’ needs
- Business development and client relationship management, presentation of service to the client, negotiating conditions
- Contacting candidates with working positions
- Communication with clients about the selection process and selected candidates, preparation of job profiles, references and interview reports
- Organization and planning of the selection process for the client, getting feedback on the selected candidates
- Searching and contacting new clients, new projects and taking care of existing clients
