We are searching for a new team member for our staffing team in Bratislava, with innovative approach to recruitment, who will help us to:

• Conduct database searches, social network searches, market mapping, and business research as required.
• Contact candidates/ potential candidates via different sourcing channels and build employer brand.
• Advise applicants of the interviewing process and next steps, as required. Obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements.
• Update the applicant tracking database with information from the applicant’s CV or resume.
• Liaise with the recruiters to ensure candidates are interviewed as agreed upon.
• Assist with interview scheduling.
• Attend job fairs and develop and maintain contacts with colleges, universities, alumni groups, and other organizations to identify potential applicants.
• Prepare and distribute reports, put data into the system and maintain data on recruiting activities as required.
•Serve as administrative key point of contact for EMEA Staffing

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)
