RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produce routine production reports according to processing schedules. Create and deliver ad hoc reporting based on

needs of authorized business users.

• Work with HR Professional Services Center (PSC) to resolve report-related inquiries and deliver requested reports while

managing customer expectations.

• Work with IT department to ensure that reporting needs are met in the most efficient and accurate manner possible.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for data protection in respect to content, security and access of

information contained within reports and reporting databases.

• Identify areas for possible improvement and support continuous process improvement projects for Reporting within the

PSC.

• Provide consistent, fair and uniform service to all HR PSC customers.

• Assist with various special projects within the HR PSC. Support assigned application implementations, upgrades, and

user acceptance testing.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex application problems often involving several applications or subject areas.

• Keep abreast of the latest tools and techniques relating to area of expertise.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree or educational equivalent and 2 years HRIS experience including 1 year database management and

reporting and experience and 1 year experience with project management of information systems applications; o



equivalent combination of education, training and experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Extensive use of telephone and face-to-face communication requiring accurate perception of speech

• Extensive use of keyboard requiring repetitive motion of fingers

• Regular sitting for extended periods of time

• Occasional travel
