As part of our expansion we are looking for a highly motivated Helpdesk Technician to join our team in Bratislava.
You will have a fundamental knowledge in the areas of Windows 7 Prof Client environment, MS Office2007/2013, O365 and basic Windows 2003/2008R2 environment. Slovak and English are a necessity, both spoken and written language. You enjoy helping people and are proactive. You have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. You will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd Level End User Support to our rapidly growing Slovak operation, training of staff as well as participating in global projects revolving around new technologies.
You hold an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or at least two years coursework completed towards Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
ITIL certification preferred
