We are recruiting an HR Coordinator to be based in our Bratislava office, to provide support to a Human Resources team enabling the provision of HR services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide support to the HR department for Germany, Austria and Switzerland in terms of
- Employment document, confirmation letters or certificate preparation
- Reporting for payroll calculations
- Database and HR system data quality controls
- Tracking and reporting on local or global HR processes
- Standard reports and analyses
• Develop strong and effective team relationship and communication with HR Specialist and Shared Service Center
• Support continued process improvement and change initiatives in HR administration
• Support and participates on teams handling employment legislation, compliance, HR systems, practices and procedures
• Support and participates on teams in the recruitment and selection process where appropriate
• Operate as first point of contact for basic management of HR-related queries and issues

Being part of an HR Generalists team and getting insight into broad range of HR responsibilities including specific country legislation; intensive use of German and English language - spoken and written on daily basis - especially in the cooperation within German speaking team, communication with employees and HR team and also for document / contract preparation and / or review.
