Job description, responsibilities and duties

PURPOSE
Implements and executes global mobility programs and services supporting employee short and long term assignments, transfers, country and/or domestic relocation. Responsible for management of all day-to-day activities to support a successful mobility program. Advises on policies and practices, works on projects as needed supporting the Global Mobility Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle inquiries from assignees regarding their benefits, processes or other assignment details
Primary interface for day-to-day activities with External Vendors
Primary interface for day-to-day activities with internal payroll and HR ops team
Assignment preparation activities (cost estimates, policy counseling, etc.)
File management and maintenance
Data management and maintenance
Reporting and analytics on program status, trends analysis, areas for opportunity, executive level reporting, other reporting as needed
Assistance with research and execution of projects, policy reviews and other updates
Execution of new mobility initiatives, higher touch of service to assignees, surveys, expat-dedicated iQ web space, etc.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to details

Good global business environment experience
Effective computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications (with an emphasis on Excel) and HRIS applications.
Sound knowledge of local and, as applicable, international relevant compensation laws and regulations
Strong ability to work in a matrix environment
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients

MINIMUMREQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree required with 3 years or more of experience as a Global Mobility, Payroll or Human Resources professional; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
