Marketing & Sales Assistant

- Helping to organise market research.
- Supporting sales department by contacting potential clients through various channels
- Making outbound calls to clients in response to leads generated from the Marketing campaigns
- Compiling and maintaining a CRM database
- Support the execution of campaigns through the relevant communication mediums (direct mail, email marketing, social media)
- Ensure the update of the website and assist on the Social Media Strategy
- Manage events calendar for Marketing and Sales meetings, events and conferences.
- Supports the creation of written and digital advertising for product and company promotions. Supports creative design for advertising and web promotions.
- Management of various and multiple internal and external business relationships
- Other Admin support as required
