Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Duties include, but not limited to:
•Answering and redirecting calls in a professional manner
•Meeting and greeting visitors
•Dealing with all correspondence, couriers and enquiries, some of which may be of a confidential nature, either responding on behalf of senior staff, or filter as appropriate
•Producing accurate reports, spreadsheets, letters and other documents in accordance with the company's standard formats, meeting any agreed deadlines
•Filing and data entry including simple accounting tasks (uploading bank statements and invoices, processing primary documentation, etc.)
•Participate in preparation of documents using a variety of media (Word, Excel, Power Point) and assist in the arrangement and co-ordination of presentations as well as carry out research
•Preparing meeting minutes, meeting notes and internal support materials
•You will be required to provide general secretarial support which includes booking travel and accommodation, diary/calendar management, organising employee events, coordinating various office support services, including purchasing and facilities management
•Other ad-hoc secretarial and administration responsibilities
•Assistance on personal matters may be required from time to time for senior management and their family members

Requirements:
•Fluent in English
•Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact well with clients, all levels of staff and other external contacts are essential
•Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with intermediate experience in editing and formatting of Excel documents
•The ideal candidate will have a professional and can-do attitude, be self-motivated, flexible and be able to prioritise, multi-task and meet deadlines
•Candidate will have excellent organisational abilities and a good eye for detail
