Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for someone to join our in house software testing team.
The applicant should be a technical minded individual with good analytic skills and the desire to expand their current knowledge and experience with technology.
Position is opened for more experienced applicants. However there is also possibility to apply for graduate/junior position suitable for individuals previously not involved in software testing but familiar with software development and with good general IT and computer skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work together with one of the scrum teams on a current or new product.
• Help us innovate our products and deliver real value to our customers quickly and in high quality.
• Responsible for the quality assurance of the work artifacts that the software development team delivers in alignment with the guidelines and quality and test strategy set forth by the QA organization.
• Create, maintain and execute manual and automated tests (this also includes incremental testing of small product backlog items, regression tests and end-to-end testing of our software products before release)
• Create and maintain test data
• Coordinate with the team, the QA organisation and the Product Owner
• Prevent defects
• Contribute to overall quality
• Take an active role in improvement endeavors

• Ability to work together in a scrum team to solve real world customer problems by testing our products from every angle to make sure they pass our high software quality standards.
• English language is strongly used on daily basis therefore at least intermediate knowledge is a must. (Part of interview will be held in english with focus on technical and non-technical aspects)
• Experience with bug tracking software (e.g. Microsoft Team Foundation Server, HP Quality Center, JIRA,...)
• Non-functional Testing knowledge
• Knowledge of relational databases and experiences with SQL
