Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Create and sustain a technically proficient process to interface and support production, R&D regarding technical and quality issues
* Team member responsible for portions of automotive standards TS-16949 Advanced product and Quality planning (APQP) includes trials, analysis and documentation of trial runs
* Process optimization for maximizing efficiency, reduction of scrap and quality claims
*Lead transferring information and knowledge from headquarters R&D and other QPC global facilities to Nitra plant
* Regularly engage with supply partners to ensure they have a full understanding of QPC requirements and an ability to comply in coordination with headquarters.
*Constantly review inspection and reporting methods and advise how continuous improvement of product quality can be achieved from both external and internal supply sources
* Assisting Technical service and Quality for troubleshooting customer problems during startup and regular production, on site customer visits and occasional travel to the other plants and abroad
* Co-operate in raw material selection with R&D
* Support Quality in terms of incoming material specification
* Setup, maintain and administration of process recipes, processing parameters, all process and product documentation as required
