Now we are looking for Game Tester.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Find defects in the software using established and tedious methods
- Create test cases for the features they are responsible for
- Accurately complete all assigned test cases.
- Enter detailed, but concise, bugs into the bug database.
- Regress fixed bugs on each release.
- Be prepared to provide insight as to the playability of a title.
- Technically proficient with PC's and gaming consoles.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to test both 2D and 3D games repeatedly, while listening and looking for bugs.
- Ability to test using various gaming platforms.
- A positive attitude with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Reliable, and can be counted on to work all scheduled shifts.
- Must be able to communicate successfully in English, in verbal form.
- Competency in MS Office and Google suite
- Motivation and passion for video games
- Ability and patience to perform detailed testing
- A sharp eye for details, capacity to stay on course, as well as following a hunch to trap a new bug
BONUS SKILLS:
- Previous QA experience within the videogames industry
- Knowledge of Game Development Process
