Our Deals Advisory team is looking for a Senior Consultant (m/f) specializing in Financial Due Diligence.

As a Senior Consultant you'll be at the forefront of groundbreaking deals, shaping the future of businesses across diverse sectors. From dissecting financial statements to uncovering hidden risks and opportunities, your expertise will be the cornerstone of our clients' success stories.

Your main responsibilities will cover:
  • Conduct financial due diligence assessments for clients across various industries, identifying potential risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Analyze financial statements and reporting to assess key trends, sustainability of historical financial performance and financial position of the target businesses.
  • Prepare structured reports summarizing findings, key insights, and actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, tax, and operational experts, to provide integrated solutions and strategic recommendations.
  • Coaching and delegating partial tasks to junior team members

Personality requirements and skills

  • University degree in Economics; Finance, Accounting or other related area
  • At least 3 years of experience in due diligence/audit/controlling;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Reasonable knowledge of accounting principles;
  • Fluency in Slovak and active knowledge of English (spoken and written)
  • Advanced Excel skills is a big advantage;
  • Experience with Alteryx / Power BI is a big advantage
