Senior IT Business Analyst (m/f)

Main focus of our projects is BPM platforms - Pega and Appian. Thanks to them, we help our clients optimize processes quickly and easily. Our clients are mainly large financial institutions such as banks, insurance companies and leasing companies. Nevertheless, our projects extend into various other sectors including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, power engineering, and more.

Being an Senior IT Business Analyst (m/f) at PwC involves:

• being the bridge between our technology teams and the client;
• gathering and mapping business requirements, processes and objectives;
• analyzing the design of technical systems and business models;
• communicate with client about development of necessary system modifications to satisfy business needs;
• preparing reports, presentations on application development and implementation;
• creating functional specifications and user stories;
• participating on project management activities;
• guidance and mentoring of junior team members.

Qualifications:

• PowerPoint, Excel experience (Visio, Aris - advantage);
• knowledge of agile methodologies;
• previous experience with a business analyst role for at least 2,5 years;
• tracking tolls as Jira, Azure DevOps (nice to have);
• experience with mapping and implementation of processes is highly preferable;
• experience with testing, UX/UI design and prototyping (by using Figma) would be considered as advantage;
• active knowledge of the German language (minimum B2)

Other required skills:

• university degree (IT, technical or business background);
• strong analytical mindset and sharp logical thinking;
• previous experience from consulting company (nice to have);
• creative approach to problem solving;
• ability to pick up new concepts and technologies;
• attention to detail.
