Our IT department is looking for Interns for position of IT helpdesk assistant. We're seeking for a open-minded person with IT 'common sense', able to learn quickly and communicate effectively with internal customers. No technical IT knowledge needed, whatsoever.
1. pc replacement - software/hardware
2. mobile replacement - mostly iOS devices, MDM (mobile device management)
3. administration and basic end user support
4. opportunity to learn/work with tools such as Active Directory, ServiceNow
5. keep updated and monitor CMDB
