CRM Manager – Banking Technology

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Vision of the regional banking technology team is to support financial institutions on their journey to the digital era by:
  • designing strategies and adapting global trends to local business reality,
  • streamlining, simplifying, and transforming operating models and enterprise architectures,
  • identifying best-fitting technologies, combining traditional providers with new kids-on-the-block (FinTech, Disruptors),
  • implementation / system integration of banking / insurance core systems,
  • custom software development on leading technological platforms for business process management, digitization and process automation, and
  • provision of PM / content-heavy PMO services, and assuring quality of delivery on large system integrations and implementations.

We combine a strong industrial background with in-depth technology expertise, bringing global trends and best practices, tailored to local specifics, and delivered in local languages. You will:
  • work with top managements of prestigious global banks on international level,
  • develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients,
  • organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies,
  • manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative CRM solutions for large companies,
  • drive internal collaboration within PwC Technology and with CEE Technology teams,
  • enjoy real variety of consulting projects abroad and in Slovakia,
  • leverage an unmatched network of people, knowledge, tools and technology and work alongside some of the best thinkers in the industry.

Personality requirements and skills

  • university's degree (business administration, economics, computers, other relevant),
  • excellent English communication skills on a business level, very good level of German or/and Russian (written & spoken) is a great advantage,
  • 10+ (exceptionally 8+ for very strong candidate) years of overall experience within banking industry, and/or FS consulting, and / or business / system integrator working for FS clients in CRM area,
  • experience managing at least one large-scale full-life cycle financial services implementations of CRM solutions,
  • experience carrying a business development quota and leading business development pursuits end-to-end,
  • overview in modern technologies and infrastructure components,
  • strong orientation in FS/banking technology trends,
  • strong analytical mindset and sharp logical thinking,
  • excellent communication and presentation skills (communication with Senior Executives/ Board experience),
  • comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm,
  • ambitious and driven individual,
  • flexibility to travel and work on assignments internationally.
