Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a Junior Consultant to join our Advisory Practice, to specifically focus on process performance improvement, combining global experience with local skills and industry knowledge.

- Mapping and analysis of processes
- Creation of complex process models
- Monitoring and evaluation of process performance
- Defining of optimization possibilities and creation of business requests for IT solutions
- Tracking of project team performance

Personality requirements and skills
- At least one year of experience with projects focused on process analysis. This position is also suitable for fresh graduates with experience in this field
- Structured thinking, knowledge of analytical methods and tools, database processing and creation of database outputs
- Knowledge of BPM, BPMN 2.0 methodology and practical knowledge of standard process analysis and process modeling software is a plus
- Knowledge of project management principles
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, data processing functions)
- Communication and presentation skills, experience with client meetings
