Junior Actuary

We are one of the world's leading professional services organizations. From 158 countries, we advise some of the most successful organisations, entrepreneurs and private businesses. We are looking for a Junior Actuary to join our Assurance practice, to our Financial Services team.

Responsibilities

• Support the audit team in the analysis and recalculation of insurance reserves
• Review insurance reserves, DAC, solvency under different accounting standards
• Employee benefits valuations under IFRS
• Preparing actuarial valuation models for various purposes
• Support a team at various advisory projects

Knowledge and experience

• University degree in mathematics/actuarial science
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel and other relevant applications
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients at all levels both in English and Slovak

• Ability to operate in multitasking environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work in a team
• Good planning and organising skills
• Willingnes to learn and grow professionaly
