Personal Assistant with active German

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our Audit department is looking for a new personal assistant, who will provide support for all other colleagues in the department. Her responsibilities will be:

•writing and correcting of documents in Slovak and English language
•organization of events for department
•updating of databases
•contributing to effective communication within the department
•administrative work
•cooperation with other secretaries

Personality requirements and skills

•Secondary school education
•Fluent English and German is a MUST
•At least 1 year of secretary experience, ideally in big company
•Communication and organization skills
•Good time-management
•PC user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Knowledge of administrative standards
•Ability to work independently on the tasks
