Compensation & Benefits Consultant - Human Resource Services

The mission of our Human Resource Services department is to raise the level of human capital management in companies. As a new member of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Participating in remuneration projects (job grading, job analysis, reward design) and in annual salary survey and HR controlling survey
• Participation in different projects for PwC clients in the area of Human Resources Management (effectiveness of HR function, talent management, performance management)
• Participation in sales of services and products to existing and new clients
• Data analysis

We require the following knowledge, skills and experience:

• University degree
• experience in the area of Compensation & Benefits of minimum 2-3 years
• overall experience in HR of 4 years minimum is required
• very good command of Slovak and English
• experience with project management or team management is essential
• very good presentation and communication skills necessary for the work with clients and presentations on external HR meetings, workshops
• very good analytical skills
• advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, advanced Excel functions)
• good time management and multitasking skills
