Job description, responsibilities and duties
Our Assurance department is looking for a new assistant - a flexible and reliable personality, who will provide support for all other colleagues in the department. The responsibilities will include:
- writing and correcting of documents in Slovak and English language
- organization of events for department
- updating of databases
- contributing to effective communication within the department
- administrative work
- cooperation with other secretaries

Personality requirements and skills
- Secondary school education (position is NOT suitable for a graduate of university)
- Fluent English and German are a MUST

- Knowledge of administrative standards
- Ability to work independently on the tasks
