We at PwC in Slovakia are looking for a new experienced consultant for our Human Resources Consulting team.
The Role
The Role
- individual coordination of consulting projects in the areas of the remuneration (job mapping, job analysis, reward design), performance management and competency design.
- sales of services and products to existing and new clients
- development of new services and product improvement
- participation on different projects for PwC clients in the area of Human Resources Management (effectiveness of HR function, leadership, talent management)

Personality requirements and skills
- University degree
- experience in the area of remuneration is a must
- experience in HR on the position of generalist or specialist with the specialization in Comp & Ben. (min. of 4 years)
- interest to develop further experience in HR through different projects
- very good command of Slovak and English
- travelling flexibility
- experience with project management or team management
- very good presentation and communication skills necessary for the work with clients and presentations on external HR meetings, workshops
- innovative thinking
