Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our Assurance and Advisory department are looking for a new assistant - a flexible and reliable personality, who will provide support for all other colleagues in the department.

Her responsibilities will be:
• writing and correcting of documents in Slovak and English language
• organization of events for department
• updating of databases
• contributing to effective communication within the department
• administrative work
• cooperation with other secretaries

Personality requirements and skills

• Secondary school education (position is NOT suitable for a graduate of university)
• Fluent English is a MUST
• At least 2 years of secretary experience, ideally in big company
• Communication and organization skills
• Good time-management
• PC user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of administrative standards
• Ability to work independently on the tasks
