Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a Consultant/Senior Consultant to join our Advisory - Consulting Practice, to specifically focus on Performance improvement within finance and service operations processes predominantly in financial institutions and Shared Service Centers, combining global experience with local skills and industry knowledge.

- Independently perform research, gather data and provide further analysis,
- Develop financial models and business cases
- Assisting in project management processes, controls, and procedures to enable project delivery.
- Delivering improvement projects under the leadership of project manager within his team for our clients
- Strong improvement methodology support at the client site and further supporting project manager in everyday tasks in preparation of project outcomes, project coaching and daily communication with client
- Cooperating on preparation of service proposals and defining methodologies
- Other administrative tasks

Personality requirements and skills
- A university degree (preferably in economics, finance, banking)
- 1-4 years of relevant experience (preferably in the consultancy, banking, finance, controlling)
- Good understanding of the current topics in the Financial Services industry
- Hands on experience with delivering improvements in operations/ services companies (Lean, Six Sigma experience or certificate is nice to have)
- Knowledge about processes and process management, while some implementation experience is nice to have
- Be enthusiastic about having a positive impact on teams and customers, and capable of persuading people that changes will be successful
- Being able to create and endorse an open culture and provide timely and constructive feedback
- Willing to learn new things
- Creativity to find new solutions
- Ability to adapt to an intensive work environment and maintain composure under stress
- Being able to work on international assignments within CEE region
- Excellent spoken and written Slovak/Czech and English
