Personality requirements and skills
- University's degree (business administration, economics, computers, other relevant)
- Excellent English communication skills on a business level is a MUST
- Very good level of German or/and Russian (written & spoken) is a great advantage
- 3+ years of overall experience within banking industry (internal project experience and/or head office positions) and/or FS consulting
- Strong Product/Process Management banking background – subject matter expert level with overall banking sector know-how
- Strong orientation in FS/banking technology trends
- Good know-how of banking industry and trends
- Good project experience and understanding of at least one key core banking business or IT/operations area
- Experience with design Business Operating Models, processes design and business requirements gathering is a plus
- Good analytical skills (ability to analyze financial data and make conclusions)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (communication with Senior Executives/ Board experience)
- Comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm
- Ambitious and driven individuals
- Flexibility to travel and work on assignments internationally
