Manager Production & Logistics (m/f)

Experienced manager for our site in Chomutov (Czech Republic) wanted!

Your tasks

  • Production and Logistics – you are the boss! Within your demanding managerial role, you are also responsible for the fields of Supply Chain Management and Industrial Engineering at our production site. Here, you plan, supervise and organize all processes and contribute to the achievement of our ambitious company goal in a successful way.
  • The customer is always right and of course it is our goal to make all of them happy. Through your employees, you guarantee a punctual delivery as well as a perfect quality and efficient production of our products.
  • To make sure everything goes hand in hand, you plan, supervise and organize our supply chain concerning capacity and material planning with the help of up-to-date trends and latest KPIs.
  • All together in the same direction: In coordination with our headquarters in Munich and together with our production site in China, you develop efficient production strategies and action schedules for our production as well as for your other departments.
  • An upgrade is always possible, i.e. you support and encourage the continuing training of our employees, spot (new) talents and like to share your professional knowledge with other departments and sites.

Our requests

  • Due to your university degree (production technology, industrial engineering, electrical engineering or similar) and your longtime leadership experience in medium-sized production companies (in the electronics sector), you are fit for your challenging task at PULS.
  • As a strategy expert, you know exactly how to organize your department and how to put your plans into practice in a goal-oriented way together with your employees in order to reach a production target that we can all be very proud of.
  • Together we are strong: Team work on an international level or „hands on” in our daily operational business, if needed – both things go for you without saying!
  • Thanks to your experience with production principles such as lean manufacturing, you set up slim, efficient processes and maximize our production output.
  • Fit for your computer? Yes, of course! As our production is becoming more digitized, you work with our ERP system, MS office programs or with our social media tool in a confident and efficient way.
  • Language barrier – what's that? Your English is top, you are eloquent in Czech, anyway, and if this is complemented by a little German, this is a great bonus for both of us.
