Organisation and Systems Specialist (ORS)

• To conduct projects (planification, synergy effect, ressources allocation, communication, return on experience)
• To ensure that projects are documented (Doc Info) and standardised
• To write standards/process description for new projects, processes and activities
• To prepare and animate meeting with partners (see customer and supplier list)
• To adjust accounting schemes to IT introduction or process changes
• To conduct benchmarks other SSC and propose organisation changes if needed
• To apply Lean methods in order to improve SSC Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• To increase IT efficiency (SAP developments or change requests)
• To support Online banking solutions/payment solutions
• To support digitalisation in DFCE
•To conduct Standard verification checks in SSC Departments according to the planning
• To maintain IT maping (SSC):
•To ensure first level support for SAP/OCR application for SSC users
• To minimise fraud and internal risks by updating Roles and Rules rights for SAP/OCR Applications

Our Peugeot and Citroen Shared Services Center (SSC) is in charge of the accounting for 12 companies (Import and Retail subsidiaries) in 6 countries (Slovakia, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic).
The ORS team is responsible for systems, roles and rights, internal control and projects concerning Accounting and finance department
