Letting manager - leasing manager - prestigious retail developer!

Get the very prestigious job for a famous and well established retail developer with excellent reputation on the European market!!!
• responsibility for leasing premises in the existing Shopping Centres
• taking care of maintaining, prolonging and terminating of existing contracts.
• negotiating and closing leasing agreements with tenants with the aim of minimizing risk exposure and maximizing rental income.
• producing, implementing, supporting and following up on strategies, processes and tools for leasing such as negotiations, tenant relations contractual terms, rental income and optimal tenant mix.
• participating on acquisition of new prosperous local, national and international brands for our Shopping Centres.
• building up and maintaining good relations with all departments but as well with tenants, potential tenants, leasing agents and other external advisors.
YOUR PROFILE
• You have preferably a University degree in commerce, business administration, economics or law or any similar relevant degree.
• You have ideally 3+ years experience working within leasing of shopping centres (e.g. experience in negotiations and dealing with leasing contracts) – Real Estate Agent/Broker, Contract/Sales Manager or similar.
• You possess profound knowledge of the retail property market, retail brands and competitors.
• You have advanced negotiation skills, high integrity, team player
• You are business minded, pro-active, initiative, result driven.
• You are open minded personality with very good communication skills.
• You are advanced to fluent in English and Slovak language – spoken and written.
• You are advanced user of MS Office, owner of driving licence B.
Full time contract for definite period of 2 years (will be prolonged upon situation)
