Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Helping to the direct sales team and partners to identify, analyse and advise customers on their needs in pre-sale activities
• Prepares product configurations and solutions
• Provides products and application training
• Performs software and hardware implementations (clinical information system, SQL database)
• Provides after sales support either on-site or via remote VPN access
• Able to address and communicate any quality or configuration issues to the European cardiology marketing and service teams
• Works closely with other modalities to promote one solution to customers
• Support pre-sales activities by product demonstrations at the customer sites
it’s not a field service/maintenance position, but rather IT application support for cardio products with exposure to customers, providing them training etc.

Personality requirements and skills
• Experienced in connectivity and IT solutions (EMR, ADT, SQL, HL7) able to provide SW implementations, working with server environment.
• Strong ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of solutions based sales approach.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Eastern Europe
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and another Eastern European languages: Czech, Slovak or Hungarian.
