• Bachelor's degree in Logistics /Business administration/Economics
• Hungarian native speaker, fluency in English is a must
• 3-5 years of work experience in Sea Freight Forwarding
• Work experience from Shipowner is advantage
• Sales experience is a big advantage
• Good knowledge of the ocean freight industry
• Extensive knowledge of trends and opportunities in the forwarding industry
• Good knowledge of markets (customers, competitors, suppliers, overall environment)
• Extensive negotiation skills
• Extensive knowledge of Supply Chain Management and logistics
• Experience in people management, leadership, training & development, coaching
• Good knowledge of ERP systems
