Quality Assurance Manager

- prepares the Quality company manual and follows its updating,
- prepares the working instructions and follows its updating, actuation and spreads it in the organizational units,
- coordination of company processes analysis in compliance with law requirements aimed to the continuous improvement of quality performances,
- elaborates and issues the Quality Assurance reports,
- conducts customer audits,
- register, investigates, analyse customer complaints
