Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Maintenance of internal customer databases across EMEA region (adding, changing, deleting data in internal tool)
- Daily operations related to logistics across EMEA region
- Internal communication with different departments
- Customer care support and communication with the external call center provider
- Administrative tasks
