Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a new colleague (student) , who will be pro-active, helpful, willing to learn and take initiative, who will run our reception and support our relocation and immigration team.
Further responsibilities:
- communication in English with customers as well as with business partners and suppliers of the company
- running reception (welcoming guests, taking messages, communication personally and on the phone with customers)
- Processing documentation – receiving and sending regular mail, scanning originals, recording and further processing of documents related to work and residency permits for foreigners and company customers, ordering of translations and couriers
- Communication with customer (personal and via phone) - accompanying to notary office or assistance with formal handover of documentation etc.
- Basic communication with authorities in order to process paperwork or review information - Labour Office, Foreign Police, Embassies, Business Register, Cadastre Office, Notary Offices
- Preparation of reports relating to service delivery and costs of services
- Dealing with agenda as per instructions from team members - consultants or managers
