Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking to hire Relocation Services Consultant to join our team in Bratislava.

Consultant is in direct contact with international employees of multinational companies who are moving to Slovakia. Assists them in the process of relocation - finding suitable housing and support with practicalities. Support is provided in cooperation with HR department of the company or international mobility partners.

Work would include:
Assistance to customers – delivery of relocation services. Supporting our foreign customers in search for housing, assisting them in getting acquainted in new location – orientation as well as supporting them in practicalities when settling in new location.
Job also includes personal, phone and e-mail communication with the customer and its company as well as dealing with company partners (real estate companies, suppliers of other services e.g. internet, mobile, banking etc.)
Communication with global customers of the company – getting acquainted with their relocation policies/procedures and provision of services in line with these policies/procedures.
Preparation of documentation relating to service delivery.
Preparation of reports relating to service delivery and cost of relocation service

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

Customer oriented person with excellent organizational skills, willingness to learn and take initiative.
Written and spoken knowledge of English is required as it is used in daily communication with customers and colleagues.
Previous experience in customer services is welcome - training will be provided.
