Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Immigration Consultant in ProRelocaction is responsible for delivery of immigration services.
Responsibility typically include
- consultancy with the customer prior case launch- direct contact with HR Department or Global Mobility Consultant and foreigner
- review of situation and outlining correct immigration process
- launch of service delivery - communciation with all involved parties, instructions on documents required from the customer as well as drafting of documents and providing them to the customer for further processing
- deal with authorities - Labour Office, Foreign Police and Embassies of Slovak Republic abroad - in relation to service delivery
- deal with Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Labor , Social Affairs and Family - obtaining guidances in case legislation is not clear on the procedure
- personally accompany customer for submissions or reviews at the Foreign Police (1-3 times per week early morning)
- internal and external reporting regarding service costs and delivery
- conference calls with customers in relation to launch of service delivery or reviews of correct procedures

Previous experience in immigration area is not required - training will be provided.
