Software Application Engineer

Responsible for independently investigating and resolving software or application (technologies - Microsoft SQL Server, .NET, C#, ASP.NET) issues registered into the company incidents management tool

Accountabilities:
- Providing Application Support via telephone, e-mail, for the company on the problem management of customer issues, utilising all of the companies development resources to resolve customer issues
- Responsible for a positive outcome so as not to compromise any future business with the customer
- Provide cost effective solutions to customers issues within the company guidelines that will satisfy the customer to company's high standards
- Assist in the development of new processes and procedures that will enhance our overall service to our customers and ensure that they will continue with company as IT logistics service provider

It is and advantage to know: .NET 4.5 - WCF, WPF, MS SQL Server 2000/05/08, Visual Studio, TFS, XML, XSD, XSLT, Xpath

Also nice to have skills in: MS Reporting Services, Crystal Reports

Required experience:
At least 2 year experience in the application development and programming would be desirable

- Excellent communication skills facilitate communication with IT and functional specialist, business partners and IT suppliers
- Customer facing skills both by phone and e-mail
- Good team player, ability to work in small team and a wider global team to meet customer requirements
- Highly motivated individual
