Job description, responsibilities and duties

Responsible for the recruitment process in the company

• creation of job description / advertisement as required by the hiring manager
• organizing and conducting interviews, presentation of the company
• evaluation of candidates after the interview
• selection of appropriate candidates in cooperation with the manager
• feedback to candidates

 HR administration, registration of new candidates in the internal database
 Administration of advertising on the internal portal, processing of candidates recommended by internal sources
 Active search for candidates using social networks, professional networks
 Communication and close cooperation with recruitment companies
 Reporting to HR business partners and HR manager
 Consultation, providing recruitment advisory to hiring managers, regular cooperation with the position owners
 Support for HR Business Partner
 Participation in various hiring projects
 responsible for the onboarding process of new employees
 training of new employees regarding internal systems (attendance, business trips, access rights)
 Administrative support for HR Business Partner
 Support with the agenda of offsite employees
 HR Reporting

Personality requirements and skills

• Higher education - economic (human resources)
• 1-3 years of professional experience in the HR position with a focus on recruitment
• Experience with searching for IT positions, sound knowledge of IT or bankingterminology
• Advanced level of English language is a must, knowledge of the German language - an advantage
• Knowledge of procedures and processes in the area of recruitment
• Knowledge of Slovak labour law legislation is an advantage
• Very good communication and organizational skills, ability to solve problems, ability to make independent decisions, the ability to motivate employees, time management, flexibility, focus on detail, ability to work under stress
• Computer skills: Internet, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - advanced level
