CRM Functional Business Analyst Works on Customer Relationship Management systému (CRM) integration projects and focuses on business analysis, technical design and implementation of system functionality.

Main tasks:
- client process customer analysis end-to-end on (sales, product, billing, services.....)
- analysis and user requirements collection to change the CRM system functionality
- cooperation on configuration and system solution customising
- proposal of functional solution- functionality, data model, transformations, sets, etc.
- follow up cooperation on CRM system implemetation and adjustment to set requirements
- testing of tools and application modules in the CRM system

Required education

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Required experience

Personality requirements and skills

with at least 2 years of experience in IT consulting, business analyst including one of the following BSS areas:
− Billing integrations
− Product catalogue
− Product configuration
− Order management
− Service provisioning
− Customer Service
− CRM integration
− Self-Care or Partner Portal
Knowledge of the CRM systems functionality and technology - minimum two years experience is required in one of the following:
Salesforce.com, Siebel, PeopleSoft, Pivotal, Microsoft CRM
Other: Knowledge of integration platforms: OpenESB, any ESB product, any BPM product experience (minimum 2 years experience in project delivery) would be beneficial
Experience in complex data migration delivery
sound knowledge of business analysis and business process modeling
Experience in Telco is a plus and understanding of business processes in Telco
Intermediate SQL knowledge
Intermediate UML use Case knowledge

Decent time management skills, good in prioritization
- Strong analytical skills
- Precise, self-reliant, learning continuously

Proven ability to work and influence diverse groups at all levels within organization
- Strong/excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Capability to write and deliver fact-based presentations and recommendations
