Job description, responsibilities and duties
Cooperation on a large scale and partial international projects.
• Support for middleware and interfaces implementation.
• Understanding data flow between systems, interfaces to 3rd parties, dependencies between systems. Able to trace and fix problems in middleware and integration design and solution with support of IT development team and third party vendors.
• Monitor performance and availability of middleware.
• Deploy changes in middleware system on production environment.
• Monitor issue tracking tool for incoming incidents and act accordingly.
• Analyze problems in software applications and resolving them with help of 3rd level vendor support.
• Recognize the critical elements of application problems; determine solutions and make logical recommendations.
• Programming Scripting (shell, bash, perl, python)
• Testing (Unit Testing)
• Implementation JAVA Liferay applications
• Problem Diagnosis and Correction
• Documentation
