HR Manager

The Role

Based in Bratislava, you will be responsible for identifying people related needs, exchange relevant information with Group HR and implement the Group HR plans, systems and programs, as to ensure the provision of HR services to line managers and employees, to enhance the competence, performance and engagement of the organization's human resources. The position reports to the Group Human Resources Director.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement, Communicate, Monitor and follow up Group HR policies and practices across all levels of the local organization.
  • Manage and conduct the Recruitment and Selection process and provide related support to line managers.
  • Identify and analyze employee training and development needs in order to propose training programs and development solutions.
  • Coordinate the roll out of the Printec Performance & Development system and ensure effective implementation throughout the organization levels.
  • Manage Compensation & Benefits, ensure the implementation of Group policies in combination with the local practices.
  • Ensure the completion of payroll information processing and management in order to make sure all legal and Group provisions are met.
  • Prepare and monitor the HR budget as well as training needs, benefits and variable pay, in the most cost efficient way attaining maximum impact for the investment
  • made.
  • Participate or lead HR projects in cooperation with the Group HR.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • At least 5 years of working experience in the HR field with practical experience in all HR functions
  • University Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or MBA will be an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of Payroll Management, labor law and local regulations
  • Solid command of the English language
  • Excellent computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Good knowledge in HRMS software will be considered a strong asset
  • Interact and communicate effectively with internal customers
  • Demonstrate excellent business acumen, self-motivation, initiative, teamwork and absolute discreetness
