We are recruiting friendly and supportive customer facing individuals who have a passion for providing a high class service and product solutions. No previous experience in electronics is needed, we are looking for excellent communication skills, great organisation skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure while putting the customer first and providing excellent experience every time!

Key Skills and Experience:-

• You will need to be fluent in Slovak (native or C2 level) and fluent English.
• Previous experience in a Contact Centre/Business Centre and/or sales environment
  Ability to cross sell and link sell and connect with customer to promote opportunities
• A passion for building your knowledge, linked with an interest in electronics and products/services a contact centre can provide
• Sound knowledge of the web and browsing to find results
• Proven ability to multi task
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment demonstrating a positive attitude to change and customer service
• Ability to work under pressure, remain calm and diplomatic at all times
• Computer Savvy – good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
