Inside Sales Agent (Slovakian/Czech Speaking)- based Krakow

We are currently seeking a Slovakian/Czech speaker to work in the Inside SalesTeam at our Business Contact Centre in Krakow. Working with international leading Telesales Executives; to be successful in the role it is ideal for you to have excellent customer service skills, be target driven, energetic, positive and most importantly a “people person” with a “passion for closing the sale” and building close relationships with customers.

This is a NOT a role that requires cold calling, however this is a fast-paced, ever changing environment with a diverse team of 70 other advisors, all of which are based at our Centre of Excellence Hub in Krakow! You will own a customer base which will be in Slovakia or Czech republic, which is why the Slovakian/Czech language is essential.

Don’t worry; you don’t need to know anything about electronics! Your sales experience, customer service and relationship building skills as well as the ability to cross sell and upsell and a passion for learning new systems is key.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Excellent communicator, with a winning attitude
• Collaborator – can deal with people at all levels within the organisation internally and externally
• Customer focused
• Computer Savvy – good working knowledge of Microsoft packages and understanding of the Web
• You need to be fluent in Slovakian or Czech (native or C2 level) and fluent English

Desirable – Nice to have but not Essential

• Previous experience in a telemarketing or internal sales environment
• Experience of using bespoke in-house systems and the passion for learning new things is vital!
